The Imam Yusuf Motala Academy is located in a well-established community in Leeds, West Yorkshire, North England, surrounded by vital educational and residential infrastructure. Context & Requirements: Situated in a high-density area, the project demands superior Indoor Environmental Quality and energy efficiency. Due to the UK’s Temperate Maritime Climate—characterized by low temperatures and high humidity—optimizing Thermal Insulation Performance and airtightness was critical for this renovation. Our Solution: Respecting the original structure, we delivered a bespoke Systemic Fenestration Solution. This integration features high-performance window and door systems designed specifically for Controlled Natural Ventilation and thermal resilience, ensuring a sustainable, comfortable learning environment.
To address the UK’s cold winters and strict energy regulations, all exterior window and door systems utilize advanced Triple Glazing technology. System Configuration: Features Triple-Pane Low-E Glass units to meet high-efficiency standards.
