The development features a sophisticated functional layout: Levels B1-B2: Secure underground parking and advanced utility infrastructure. Levels 1-3: Ultra-luxury Retail Commercial Spaces. To fulfill the vision of a "Quality Benchmark," our team implemented a high-performance Facade and Fenestration System. The design achieves a flawless balance between Iconic Aesthetics and superior Building Physics, meeting the most rigorous standards for Thermal Insulation and energy efficiency in a high-density urban environment.
Curtain wall systems achieve a U-value of ≤2.0 W/(m²·K), while villa door and window systems reach ≤1.8 W/(m²·K). For key sun-exposed areas, we optimize the U-value to 1.4–1.6 W/(m²·K). Paired with optimized shading and solar heat gain coefficients, our systems cut air conditioning energy use significantly, delivering superior thermal comfort year-round.
